What ever happened to professionalism or the customer is always right. I do not think this branch hires professionals I think you get what you get here. If you must open a acct at Wells Fargo go to another branch this one is frustrating to deal with.

His estate accounts are still at Wells Fargo now under the name of my daughter. As her guardian, I manage her account. I went to the office today to have a document notarized for my daughter. Michelle and Khadene, the Operations Manager (who are both familiar with our family and our tragedy) refused to provide me a notary service because, ‘the name on my ID does not match the account, and I am not listed as the account holder.’ They are both aware that I am the wife of my late husband and did not take his name, and that my child has an account there. They refused me service and treated me poorly. I will never bank with them again and encourage others to do the same. What a terrible way to treat customers. I should note that the entire branch was empty; there were no customers beside myself.
