- LCLiana ColbournJan 7, 20241.0The most incompetent group of people. They do not know what they are doing, lazy and not helpful. I went with my partner in December 20 to get a debit card. He had the account opened a long time, we were living together in Fort Lauderdale, I was moving there from NY. Not even now, on January 6 I received the debit card. I came back to NY for 2 weeks and I found a letter from them. But not the card. Why they sent me correspondence in NY when the address on the account was in Florida??? Few times I went there and they were clueless, like they were in drugs, not able to help in any way.

Was informed that we would have to come back on another day. Yeah I don’t think so. Walked straight across to AmTrust and met with a wonderful team member who was more than happy to open an account for us on the spot. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with Wells Fargo and go where you are valued.
