  The most incompetent group of people. They do not know what they are doing, lazy and not helpful. I went with my partner in December 20 to get a debit card. He had the account opened a long time, we were living together in Fort Lauderdale, I was moving there from NY. Not even now, on January 6 I received the debit card. I came back to NY for 2 weeks and I found a letter from them. But not the card. Why they sent me correspondence in NY when the address on the account was in Florida??? Few times I went there and they were clueless, like they were in drugs, not able to help in any way.

  Went to the branch to open an account with them. Was greeted properly and asked to wait. No issue. Four individuals sitting behind their desks with no customers. Was informed that we would have to come back on another day. Yeah I don’t think so. Walked straight across to AmTrust and met with a wonderful team member who was more than happy to open an account for us on the spot. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with Wells Fargo and go where you are valued.

  Bank is a rip off .. they don’t care about their customers!! My employer gave me a check and I deposited it, and it Cleared and then they said the check wasn’t paid and hit me with return check fee. I brought the doctor in to the bank, who was then told well maybe you didn’t have available funds. He then showed his personal info with them to prove them wrong. I was then told too go to td bank and deal with it on their end. I went to td bank and their staff was very nice and took care of us both fast and prompt. The manager at td laughed about her comment on the funds, and proceeded to show us that their establishment never got any checks from my bank. I went back too Wells Fargo and sat with their bankers manager, and she proceeded to say that they aren’t in wrong and that I should collect the return check fee, from the doctor, that they took out of my account . Unbelievable !!!!! Once, my direct deposit goes through from my company .. I will he closing my account and going with a company who’s got their ducks In a row and cares about the people who bank with them.
