Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure my business needs were fully understood, and handled everything with professionalism and care. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated his attention to detail and follow-through. RJ was equally wonderful — welcoming, efficient, and genuinely helpful. From the moment I walked in, he made the experience smooth and stress-free, and his positive attitude made a big difference. Banking can often feel overwhelming, but Daniel and RJ made it feel easy, organized, and personal. Their professionalism, teamwork, and kindness truly stood out, and it’s clear they care about the people they’re helping. I have 2 keys and its been over 17 years. i drove down from ohio to get paper work out of my box and close this acount. its they say been turned over to the fraud dept? i was last there friday the 17 and still cant give me an answer.
- SSScott SSep 15, 20254.0Friendly tellers, reasonable wait, no hassle service, however the temperature of the bank inside was uncomfortable and close to 80 degrees. Saving money for the bank with a hot environment makes it hard for the employees but results in the customers wanting to get out quickly, and not Inquire about any other things. This was at about 345pm. If this was earlier on a Hot day, I would be very unhappy, as would the employees. That is my only criticism. Temperature should have been at 72-73 degrees . A comfortable environment for all.
