At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
I had to go through a bunch of steps to get what I needed, but Sandra Gracey-Sibble was very helpful! Thank you

You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression. Walked in and there was only one person in the office is available to open a new business account and she was fighting with an elderly lady who stormed out saying don’t do business with this bank. That employee then refused to see me and says she could not open a business account because it would take too long and the bank was open for another half an hour. Went across the street to another bank and had my account open within 15 minutes.

Quick, efficient, convenient, lots of parking. Never had an issue with SunTrust/Truist.
