During the reset we spoke about my last name connection and found some of my relatives were her previous neighbors...I lost my husband some time ago. It's a comfort to be civil and offer empathy to some just because. That's a rarity these days. This review is to let Tamara and her Superiors know what a beautiful job of customer retention and client delight she is doing, to mention I help rewrite the SOP book of customer service and client retention during my last corporate job. To add, when completing my MAED, my ARP (action research project of 88 pages) was...guess what? Customer Service and client delight. Just a word of advice. You can save so much money that you waste on marketing or branding by owning what is done incorrectly or inappropriately and training your staff to be both efficient, knowledgeable, sufficient and proactive, especially by asking the client open ended questions so they feel as if they matter and you'd like to help. Honestly, as the consumer, I can take my money elsewhere. People like Tamara are why I will continue my relationship with Truist! As she said to me, Yeh man! Out of one people, we are many!
