- AHAdrian HernandezDec 29, 20251.0I think I have never felt so disgusted with the attention of a bank, as I felt in this branch, I came to make a simple consultation about my bank account, and the advisors and workers here get angry and only dodge responsibility to each other, they even told me that I should go to solve my problems in the banks that were closest to my house, Thanks to this I have decided to cancel all my accounts and links with this bank, I am going to put my money in a bank that if it cares to solve basic unknowns What a shitty service! I feel terribly offended!

I called and complained that this was a little absurd and was then informed that the check won’t clear til the 10. I would have never put my money is this account if I had known! As soon as the money clears I will be pulling out every dime and closing this account! Crooks! Chase is better 🤗
