It’s Sunday and Al is telling me that he doesn’t have enough change at the desk for $5 in quarters for laundry? So I’ll just drive around hoping I can find quarters somewhere? Al seems like a nice guy but seriously…… this is ridiculous.

I was in a tight spot needing a cashier’s check for my rent, and they truly went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they stay open to make sure I was able to get what I needed, but they were also incredibly welcoming and kind throughout the entire process. They answered my phone calls promptly, reassured me when I was running behind, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely smooth and supportive. You don’t often come across this level of genuine customer care—Alvarado and Jeremy really set the bar high. Huge thanks to both of them for their professionalism, patience, and excellent service.

A TD Bank is even worse than Bank of america. They promised us each a $200 offer from opening an account and having a direct deposit from work come into it, and then 6 months later, they said oh you don't qualify for it. So I wasted 6 months of my time on this bank and they didn't even pay the $200 that they promised.
