- SFsam fDec 5, 20255.0I applied for a car loan at N Fort Lauderdale branch and Mr Shayna Mirza helped me out with the loan . Mr Mirza has high quality of customer service,very professional and knows what he is doing . I really appreciate this quality of people these days .
- DCDanuza CorumbaDec 3, 20251.0Terrible service. They don't let you know your account is overdraft and on top of that they charge $29 fee PER TRANSACTION! This is a completely disrespect with the client. When the overdraft reachs the amount is intere$ting for them, they start to send you very rude and threatening emails. They also call you saying that is from the collection department saying that you have to pay the balance within a few days. They deny to send an email as a documentation of the arrangements made by phone call and say that everything is on their notes. What if the person that made the notes on their system quit or get fired and the person taking over doesn't know what is doing and decide to give your a shorter deadline? How is the client supposed to prove that the arrangement was really made? They also say they can wave a very few overdraft fees which is $29 PER TRANSACTION but you have to pay full amount of the overdraft until the deadline they give you, then they reimburse you the very few overdraft fees ($29 PER TRANSACTION) in the same day. It doesn't make sense! They don't want you to be able to pay on time and charge you even more money. They also don't have zelle for business account which is very inconvenient for the business's clients.
