The service by everyone on the team is exceptional. The staff always go above and beyond to make sure the customer's issues are addressed. A special shout-out to two people, Malcolm Newman and Echo Langley. Malcolm is the Operations Services Supervisor. He is super capable and resourceful, solving complex problems in the most efficient way possible. Echo Langley is VP Financial Sales Manager and as such, she has been helping me with both my business and personal accounts at the bank over a very long time. She is extremely competent and knowledgeable. Echo always applies her stellar qualities to make sure everything is done correctly. Thank you to everyone on the "dream team" at First Citizens Bank in Fort Lauderdale! If you're looking for a bank that cares, this is your place!
