Worst banking experience I've ever had in my life and sadly I'm still stuck in it. It's all started about 2 weeks ago. Just to get an account started. I had to go up there three times once being told to leave and come back in 30 minutes. When I got back in 30 minutes they told me they couldn't see me that day. After some debate we got my account made. During the process the branch manager who opened my account told me my government issued ID was fake with quite a bit of attitude. It in fact was not fake. Made me wait 10 minutes just for her to come back in and say well. I guess we'll just try it and see what happens. It's a Tennessee state issued driver's license. In the process you kept asking me questions about Nashville which my answer was no. I have moved to Florida. She gave me attitude said I understand you have moved to Florida and have sold your condo in Nashville. Fast forward a week. I've been waiting for my debit card every time I want money I have to go in and show him Id. First time I went to get cash the ID didn't match with the one they put in the system. She didn't believe I was me and I was fraud. She had to call my phone and do all this extra security. Well they fixed my ID. I went in and get some more cash a couple days later. Again they treated me like a criminal trying to steal money. I asked which address my card got sent to cuz I have a PO Box in a home address. Come to find out the lady that gave me attitude for telling her I'd move to Florida. Sent my card to Nashville. Fun!. So of course I got mad. Talked about opening up a new account. Lady told me they'll do better whatever. So today I have to go to a different Branch because that branch is closed. I go in and get some money out. Told the lady my situation hey still don't have a debit card. I ordered one y'all sent it to the wrong place. Lady looked at me and said we still have your addresses in Nashville as your primary address. I just laughed. So two weeks later still don't have a debit card. Don't know when I'm going to get one. I mean I don't even want to go to the bank again. I don't want to go to my own bank. Imagine how many fines I would have gotten if I messed up this many times. Also feel very discriminated against because I'm young.

Everything is great except last time I went in, I asked the teller to separate my money into certain accounts and she had to drag out a calculator for a few hundred dollars. I did the math in my head and told her before she even started to punch in the number. I have a GED.
