I arrived to the branch late for my appointment as the branch is actually 30-40 min drive depending on traffic. When I arrived at the bank there was only one other customer present. He left and I explained that I had an appointment and had driven a distance to get here. The bank manager promptly told me that I would need to reschedule, she would need the full hour to complete the enrollment. There was literally NOONE in the bank. She told me that I could go to the yulee branch that they may be able to take me as a walk in. I went next door and opened an account at BofA.
