  I had an appointment set for 3 weeks to renew a CD. When I arrived at the bank, my normal banker was out due to a honeymoon (which I knew about), but the teller was unwilling to re-schedule me with another banker (who was not with a customer) or the bank manager (who never comes out of his office and just stares at a computer screen all day). It took me 20 minutes to get to the bank and 20 minutes to go home. They wanted to re-schedule my appointment for a week later, so I lose 1 week of interest income. So, I will take my CD for $102,000 to another bank, and will probably do the same with 2 others that are coming up. Very disappointing. I've banked with Wells Fargo or predecessor banks for over 40 years.

  I made an appointment to open a new account the other day. I arrived to the branch late for my appointment as the branch is actually 30-40 min drive depending on traffic. When I arrived at the bank there was only one other customer present. He left and I explained that I had an appointment and had driven a distance to get here. The bank manager promptly told me that I would need to reschedule, she would need the full hour to complete the enrollment. There was literally NOONE in the bank. She told me that I could go to the yulee branch that they may be able to take me as a walk in. I went next door and opened an account at BofA.

  Some of the rudest tellers and managers I have ever met. The one in Yulee isn’t fantastic but you’ll get a hell of a better experience from that branch than this one. This one needs a serious readjustment in staff. But, as with the entire Wells Fargo corporation, they don’t care.
