I recently deposited 300 cash into it, and received credit for 130 dollars and a receipt with an error and an 800 number to file a claim. Estimated wait time; between 15 & 20 minutes, on hold for almost 30. Customer service was really nice! I have to wait up to two business days to receive my money. I checked inside the bank just to confirm that’s really all they can do and yep, that’s all, I informed the teller that I would be closing both business and personal accounts upon receiving my money. Her response “HAVE A NICE DAY” wow just another number. In a day and age where I would love to say nothing at all, if I have nothing good to say, people need to know this is how common citizens are treated about their time and money. I understand Timothy Mcveigh more and more eveyday. Truist Bank is by far the worst I’ve ever banked with. UPDATE** This is day 3 and the customer service center to check on my claim, says they don’t give time estimates on claims. So they are either lying today or the lady lied Monday. Either way this is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Be cautious of the atms. They claim to have nothing to do with their own equipment.

If you try that move you won't be finding an entrance.. To get to the entrance you simply turn left at the light and your destination will be on the left. Thank You....
