Stefan is a great help to me and my husband. The whole branch is a blessing. Best banking experience ever.

I have been a customer for a few months now. I have been in a few times to do business and have dealt with Amie every time. Everything that I needed was efficiently handled and exceeded my expectations.

I don't write too many reviews, but there are truly not enough places to be able to post a bad review for Truist. This is not a review about any one branch or any one person. It is for Truist Bank in general. Sadly it doesn't matter if the individual is in the Premier(High Net Worth) Segment of the bank or if they have banked with Truist for over 30 years, the customer care and satisfaction is deplorable. I cannot count the number of problems we have experienced but I can count how many times each issue has been resolved. I want so badly to list off the countless unresolved issues, but I know it will do no good. Their service reps are ignorant of Truist's procedures, ways to troubleshoot, and certainly lacking in options for problem resolution. I wish I could say this only applied to the basic cust. svc. reps at the 800 number, but sadly it carries over to people at the branches, up to and including the Managers/Branch Leaders as well. And out of three branches in my general area, I can say the Managers have a type of cutting personality. You would think it would just be one person, but I'm beginning to think it has something to do with the TYPE of individuals this company look for and hires. I really don't know. I can't write this review without making mention of ONE....JUST ONE individual who displayed patience, timeliness, responsiveness and an overall kind, warm attitude and has consistently been this way. His name is Cody at the Mt. Dora location. So, if you run into issues yourself, give him a try.
