    Came into this TD Bank branch today to open a savings account and deposit a check. There was an associate at the drive through window and an associate at the counter. Not one car pulled through the drive through in the 10 minutes we waited, yet the teller never offered us any assistance. The other associate at the counter was engrossed in a personal conversation with a guest, at first we assumed it was a business transaction, but soon realized it had nothing to do with banking. We decided to leave after 10 minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever. After discussing our other options in the car, we made the decision to go back in the bank and just wait it out until someone could and would help us. When we walked back in, the teller was still engaged in her personal conversation (this is almost 20 minutes now). She saw us walk back in and asked the drive through teller to help us. Both tellers were short and abrupt with their questions and clearly felt very put out by having to assist us. This branch has really soured my opinion of TD Bank. This was the second time I came into this branch, and the first time was just as maddening.

    My parents tried to get a mortgage from this bank. They have excellent credit and a great deal of collateral, but the Bank Manager and Shannon, the Assistant Manager, couldn't ever bother to return calls or emails. This bank is useless an d has zero customer service. Run the other way!

    Lobby is not open so there was nobody to speak with concerning a worker’s compensation check I deposited that was returned 9 days later. When attempting to speak with the only staff available through the drive through line I was treated very rudely by one of the tellers. I attempted to call thus branch several times and there is no way to get through to anyone there. When this matter is resolved I will be leaving.
