Unlike her, I don’t show an arrogant or unpleasant attitude because I see no need for that—and I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way. My mom even mentioned that this lady treated her with arrogance as well. I don’t see the point; I understand she might be having a bad day, but why show us a face that makes us feel uncomfortable? She always acts as if she’s in a rush to get rid of you, just so she can go back to her conversation with her coworker, which seems more interesting to her. I’m sorry I don’t know her name, but she’s usually in the back and one of the first people you see upon arriving. She looks older than the others, so maybe every time she has to assist me, she just happens to be in a bad mood. Still, I truly hope things improve so she doesn’t make anyone else feel uncomfortable.

She is super helpful and tackles every request I throw at her. She is simply the best. Everyone in this branch, from the tellers to the managers, are amazing.
