  I had an excellent experience opening my account at the TD Bank branch in Estero 16 November 2025, and I want to highlight the outstanding service I received from Joshua and his manager, Gizella. From the moment I walked in, both of them demonstrated a level of professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care that is not easy to find these days. Joshua took the time to explain every option in detail, patiently walked me through each step of the account-opening process, and made sure all my questions were fully answered. His calm, knowledgeable, and supportive approach immediately built trust and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Gizella, the branch manager, also went above and beyond. She checked in several times to ensure that everything was handled correctly, offered helpful insights, and showed true leadership through her attentive and welcoming attitude.   They are very helpful and kind the staff always says welcome that is very refrezhing as at other banks not so much. Love this Branch

  I went to the branch today to pay off a charged off credit card. I was there for an hour. All this is due to poor customer service. I told the branch manager Dukens Pierre why i was there. He told me I needed cash or a check to make payment. Went to the ATM machine in there branch but then everyone that walked in the branch was being taken care of. I seen three different people. If I would have had one person deal with me i would not have been there for an hour. Poor customer service and when i had something to say about it became an issue.

  Created an account 3 days ago I than deposit 400$ into my checking i understand that it will be on hold but I was told I’ll have 100$ to access right away I get my 100$ that day I make 2 transactions adding up too 30$ next day I go into my account it says -29.98$ so I called the bank they said yes you were given 100$ but than we took it back because your account is on hold now i have a over draft fee they suggested i just add more money into my checking I was not told nor ever Hurd of a bank letting you use 100$ than taking it back without saying anything or my permission seems like there trying too scam people with over draft fees. Also I’ve never waited for a 6 day holding period normally it’s the next day or the day after that this bank is a joke….
