- LBLydia BDec 12, 20251.0While I visited this branch some time ago, about a year. The customer service was horrible. It left such an impression. They weren’t friendly nor helpful. I went to deposit cash in my husbands account which I found out I couldn’t do. No big problem. I then ask for another person to open an account, after waiting they told me I couldn’t be seen because the person didn’t have any appointments. Again it has nothing to due with what happened, but they were just rude and unpleasantness. I didn’t want to merge or open an account after that and be connected to it.
