They sent my paycheck back right before Christmas with no notice and took months to fix it Then when my car loan made a mistake and changed me twice they sent a check to my bank to fix it and Truist decided to send the check back with no notice after they accepted it and posted it to my account. They will not reimburse you for any overdraft fees you have incurred because of their mistake. Find another bank before you end up hundreds behind like me

I've never heard of a bank refusing a withdrawal request for money that is in your account. but that's what they did to me stating that a check that I had deposited although it had cleared had not been collected and maybe sent back. ? However, they had the check for over a week after I deposited it before I attempted to draw on it.
