Ya que la persona encargada de ayudarme colaba a cualquier que la saluda y la espera se hacia interminable. Al ella notar mi cara de molestia pide la ayuda de otra especialista la que de manera muy ineficiente me indica que no puede ayudarme ya que el tramite que iba a realizar se tarda más de una hora y media y ella tenía una cita pauta a las 4pm. Sinceramente cambiaré de oficina. Tienen falta de personal. También tuve una espera de aproximadamente 20 minutos en cola para realizar un retiro, se tardan tanto atendiendo una sola persona. Es importante que contraten nuevas. Aunque en varias oportunidades pidieron disculpas se puede entender hasta cierto punto. Nuevamente les digo atención ineficiente. Y la peor atención la recibí de parte de la persona que sienta en la entrada de la oficina y la 2da especialista que no tenía tiempo. Deben dejar el amiguismo y si tienen personas con citas esas deben ser su prioridad y atenderlos de forma eficiente. Muy mala experiencia y pérdida de tiempo.
