The manager, who is also Latina, was shockingly rude and dismissive when we asked about the requirements to open an account. As a Latina myself, I was particularly disheartened by her behavior, which was a poor representation of our community's values of respect, kindness, and hospitality. Her actions made me feel ashamed, not only as a customer but also as a Latina. It's a shame when people like her give our community a bad name. As a loyal customer of over 10 years, I've noticed a significant decline in service. It's essential that staff, especially managers, receive training to provide excellent customer service.
