I’ve been a loyal Wells Fargo customer for over 30 years, but I was very disappointed by the way I was treated by an employee named Vanessa Sosa. She was unnecessarily rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. What was especially disheartening was her comment implying that I needed to be “extra polite” to her because she’s a woman — something that felt completely out of place and unprofessional. Thankfully, the branch manager stepped in and provided excellent service, which I truly appreciated. But it’s frustrating to see employees like this representing the bank I’ve trusted for decades. I hope Wells Fargo takes a serious look at how front-line staff are selected and trained.

Apparently for their stuff not working and having 10 people in line with only 1 teller, I can not get a reimbursement for the fees from another atm. I 100% regret getting an account with wells fargo. They don't really care about their customers. Switching banks
