Customer service over the phone is bad as well, they don’t find the deposit and asked me to go back to the branch. There is no manager, they don’t pick up the phone. It is a mess. Stay away from this office and this bank

Lie to my face saying they don’t close accounts at this branch. Said they don’t take walk ins until the afternoon? Seriously! Neither branch in Doral is helpful. They don’t care about customers at all! Pathetic liars who need training in a very bad way. How can you be in a busy district and have incompetents working at both locations. This is beyond frustrating it’s just sad.
