    I went to the this branch to deposit a check. Days later, it does not show up on my transactions. Customer service over the phone is bad as well, they don’t find the deposit and asked me to go back to the branch. There is no manager, they don’t pick up the phone. It is a mess. Stay away from this office and this bank

    Did NOT RECEIVE the attention my problem required, and I was told FLAT OUT to call their offices in the Carolinas. A definite lack of customer service at this branch. It has taken over 3 months since my problem started, and still no end in foreseeable sight.

    Horrible service, corporate hello please help. I was waiting in line with no one in front for over 30 minutes while the teller cleaned her desks made phone calls and sent texts. Wow i wont ever bee coming here again. Truist please check on this branch it needs serious help and or Management

    I can’t believe this. I just left the most miserable branch in the country to seek help at this branch only to occur the same issues. No staff! No help whatsoever! Lie to my face saying they don’t close accounts at this branch. Said they don’t take walk ins until the afternoon? Seriously! Neither branch in Doral is helpful. They don’t care about customers at all! Pathetic liars who need training in a very bad way. How can you be in a busy district and have incompetents working at both locations. This is beyond frustrating it’s just sad.
