- IIIvanDec 12, 20251.0Extremely disappointing experience with Bank OZK. I deposited $2,000 in good faith based on promises and assurances made by their team. After weeks of delays, paperwork, and wasted time, none of those promises were honored. Instead of reaching the agreement they repeatedly committed to, the process ended with no resolution at all and an unexpected $10 withdrawal, which only added to the frustration and confusion. What makes this worse is that customers are treated poorly. I was spoken to dismissively, my concerns were minimized, and there was a clear lack of respect for my time and money. It felt like they were playing with people’s expectations and finances without accountability. This experience caused financial loss, wasted time, and complete disappointment. A bank should act with integrity and professionalism—unfortunately, this was not the case here. I do not recommend Bank OZK to anyone expecting transparency, respect, or fulfilled commitments.
