- WDWagdy DemyanNov 13, 20251.0I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this Wells Fargo branch. I had a scheduled appointment at 1:30 PM, and I arrived early at 1:20 PM. Instead of being helped on time, I sat there with my son until 2:00 PM — almost 40 minutes past my appointment time. The bank representative saw us waiting the entire time but chose to ignore us. She continued chatting casually with the previous client, laughing and talking as if they were sitting in a café, not a bank with scheduled appointments and other clients waiting. There was absolutely no sense of urgency, professionalism, or respect for my time. It was extremely disappointing to see a bank like Wells Fargo treat customers this way. If appointments don’t matter to them, they shouldn’t offer them. I will definitely reconsider doing business with this location — they clearly don’t value their clients.
