From the moment we arrived, it felt as if we were asking for a favor rather than bringing legitimate business to the bank. Although Ms. Morris did schedule our appointment, the interaction lacked any sense of professionalism or genuine customer service. Her tone and demeanor made it clear that she did not value our time or our business. The experience felt dismissive and borderline discriminatory, which is unacceptable in any customer-facing environment—especially at a financial institution. As business owners, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, that was not our experience at this branch. I hope the bank takes these types of interactions seriously and invests in better training for their staff so that all customers, regardless of background, are treated with professionalism and fairness.
