- TSteagan sandsOct 27, 20255.0Have you noticed that in this post-pandemic world customer service is basically dead? Well, not at the Delray Beach, South Federal Highway, Wells Fargo Branch. The employees at this branch are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. In reality, that is an understatement. Specifically, both Matthew and Leroy displayed a level of patience that is virtually unseen in 2025. Like me, typically you may have no need to go to a branch in person. However, should that need ever arise, the Wells Fargo at 1500 South Federal Highway in Delray Beach is the branch that I highly recommend you visit.

I asked general questions unrelated to any personal account, but she was rude and refused to help. I had to speak with the manager, who was very kind and gave me all the information I needed. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time—on a previous visit, I waited over 15 minutes while she was engaged in personal conversations. Very disappointing service
- MBMayra BecerraMar 3, 20201.0Probably one of the first bad reviews that I’ve ever given to a business. I think this location needs to train their employees on the services that Wells Fargo Offers. I went there asking if there was a possibility to transfer my credit card balance from one card to another and the banker said yes you can. He helped me opening a new credit card to transfer the balance from and I found out a month later that this is not possible and that Wells Fargo would never transfer balance from one card to another. This makes sense and I wouldn’t be mad if they would’ve explained that to me before making me open a new account. I am very disappointed with the service I received from this banker.
