The employees at this branch are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. In reality, that is an understatement. Specifically, both Matthew and Leroy displayed a level of patience that is virtually unseen in 2025. Like me, typically you may have no need to go to a branch in person. However, should that need ever arise, the Wells Fargo at 1500 South Federal Highway in Delray Beach is the branch that I highly recommend you visit.

I asked general questions unrelated to any personal account, but she was rude and refused to help. I had to speak with the manager, who was very kind and gave me all the information I needed. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time—on a previous visit, I waited over 15 minutes while she was engaged in personal conversations. Very disappointing service
