Courtesy, politeness and care from familiar tellers has prompted me to stay even though there are higher interest rate savings and more benefits credit cards. Amount of location is a plus to me.

They told me they couldn’t cash a check for me over 5k because of their policy so I went to a different branch and they told me it was not a policy. Now I just tried to cash a check like I’ve done a thousand times and this ignorant teller told me the only way she would do it is if I deposited it and withdrew cash which also isn’t a thing.

I especially want to highlight Jaisser Rodríguez, who provided outstanding service. She is professional, patient, and truly takes the time to understand your needs and offer the best financial advice. Thanks to her, I feel much more confident in my relationship with the bank. The entire team at this branch is also friendly and efficient. Definitely one of the best places for banking in Palm Beach. Highly recommended!

- TBTracy BurkAug 4, 20251.0If you have senior parents, and want to make the process of losing them even more unbearable, just use this branch. Not only will they not honor a duly executed Power of Attorney, they will lie to your face, tell you they left voicemails when they didn’t, and then refuse to tell you what the message was. Bank manager wasted 4 days by not taking the simple step of creating a profile on you, and then when she doesn’t show up for a planned meeting, you get to another combative banker, who would rather fight and embarrass you, while doing nothing and then insist “she’s trying to help”. There’s plenty of parking and very few, to none, customers doing business. Guess they learned the hard way too. Time with your mom who is dying is precious .. go to another bank so you can get back to spending that time with her, rather than dealing with a wannabe gangster.
