    Absolutely the worst banking experience I’ve had in decades. This bank opened an account for me, then immediately closed it the next day based on erroneous information reported to an account verification service. That was seven and a half months ago. I’ve since opened three accounts elsewhere, so my banking needs have been met. However, on multiple occasions I requested a refund of the funds in my closed account. I had to visit the branch six times and sign affidavits repeatedly. In the last 45 days, I’ve received two refund checks—both of which Truist stopped payment on at my new bank. Their initial response was that it was a mistake. If any customer handled their money the way Truist handles ours, they’d incur hundreds of dollars in fees and be reported to credit agencies. This bank operates with arrogance and indifference, and regulatory agencies seem to turn a blind eye.

    Two men in offices doing nothing while j stand in line and one poor woman tries to help everyone in the drive through and the line inside. Third time here today to try and deposit a check after waiting 20 minutes. Poor service.

    Best experience at a bank in a long time! I felt right at home—everyone, especially the manager Daniel, was extremely kind and professional. He took care of every aspect and need my husband and I had. We went in to ask about one thing and ended up opening new accounts, applying for a credit card, and leaving extremely happy with every step of the process. I totally recommend this branch to everyone I know, especially if you’re a business own
