- AFA FNov 28, 20251.0My first time at this location today, November 28th around 4pm. The young lady who helped me at the teller line was so rudely sarcastic. She had no nane tag. She asked what she could do for me. I clearly explained exactly what I was there to do. I wanted to deposit part of my cash and get smaller denominations for the remainder. She asked for my debit card and ID. I asked if ID was needed for this type of transaction. She said her pin pad was not working. Would have been nice to have been explained that in the first place. She slapped a slip on the counter and said “fill this in”. She pointed to the words at the top of the slip and rudely said this is a deposit slip. I was shocked at how she spoke to me as a customer. This was my first time using the teller in the USA. I wasn’t aware customers fill in slips to do their banking. I am visiting family in Boca after retiring from a 39 year career from TD Bank in Canada. I am shocked that someone like this is the face of this store. Ask yourself, young lady, is it necessary to be so rude for the less than 5 minutes that you interact with someone. You need to learn some manners and patience.
