  Absolutely the worst! They're like a bunch of old hens chackling about everyone else's business. They spend more time gossiping than actually doing their jobs. Everything is a struggle with them, it's all so contrived and over complicated. They will flat out lie to avoid doing anything involving effort. They take liberties with people's privacy, the law and banking rules in countless ways! The location has the ambiance of a funeral home and about as much personality. The bank is in financial ruin and on par the employees are morally bankrupt. I would avoid this bank and especially this location like the plague!!!

  i have been banking with this Amtrust Branch for 10 years and the same bankers and employees are there so it looks like a good place to work! Service is always pleasant. Sometimes, very rarely, like anywhere else, things do not happen the way you want them to, but 98% of the time they are very helpful and resourceful

  Clueless, confused, mean (really gloomy) are words I would use to describe the employees at this branch. They ordered checks with the wrong account number and I didn't realize it until the checks started to bounce. If you deposit CASH today, it may not be available for The next 7-10 business days - yes CASH (It happened to me). This branch is huge, but on any given day time there's usually 1-2 customers inside - I WONDER WHY? LOL.
