- AMAriana MichelleAug 5, 20251.0This branch is terrible. The service was awful. The branch manager who works there was rude and did not help me. I’ve been a Citi customer for 15 years and am a private tier customer. I had fraud in my account and had to open a new checking. Both of my parents work for Citi and have for 30 years and I had my mother with me and she still would not use the internal lines to assist with calling fraud. From there, she opened me new accounts and the branch could not print me a new card nor overnight my card. Then once I received my card it was linked to the old accounts and not the new one. I had to go to another branch and open ANOTHER SET OF ACCOUNTS. Do not go here.

I called and after 3 transfers and 20 minutes the representative said we "will need help with this, let me transfer you." Before I could respond he had transferred me to IRS. Unbelievable! This is one of many problems I have had with Citibank lately. I would avoid Citibank whenever you can.
