  I was here trying to figure out the problem with my bfs account because we think they mistyped his mailing address at a different location. And when we were trying to catch her up on the situation she blatantly ignored me and tried speaking Spanish with my bf to cut me out of the conversation. Which sucks because I set my account up with another lady from this address and she was very sincere. I would like to add that I wasn’t cutting him off or anything just adding in every now and then.

  Terrible experience sat there for an hour to get notary. Some lady walks in and they take her first. No courtesy like the sign in the bank says

  Always let the line build up to 8-10 people. Only 1 or 2 cashiers then the other managers "Apologize" and Thank us for our patience instead of jumping in and helping! I try to help my daughter and her boyfriend out by giving them cash from time to time and if they give me their Acct # I should be able to Deposit it for them But NOOOO.. New policy wont let me Anymore! This is so WRONG! I am SO HAPPY that I dont bank here!

  They sent a bill pay check of $1523.00 to my Lanlord, June 2017 , the check made out to a business was cashed by someone they have admitted that , with no ID nor endorsement . Had to send another check to Lanlord. I have had 3 meetings with Carmen at the bank which has tried to get through fraud department but to no avail . 8 months later and many meetings they are now putting the burden on me or where the check might be !! Now they have refused to answer my calls the last 3 times I have called . They record the calls so I can assure no language nor threats were made . Will definitely take it public , UPDATE: Went to the branch once again , their solution was to make me sign a notarized letter and also my Lanlord had to sign one as well that we did not cash the check. Also to give Wells Fargo the permission to investigate their own mistake!! 1 month after 1st review I called to see if any progress and they have misplaced or lost letter signed from Lanlord. They said we will have to start progress over again !!
