And when we were trying to catch her up on the situation she blatantly ignored me and tried speaking Spanish with my bf to cut me out of the conversation. Which sucks because I set my account up with another lady from this address and she was very sincere. I would like to add that I wasn’t cutting him off or anything just adding in every now and then.

Every time I come here it’s constantly a problem with something, they never have enough tellers or they’re incompetent. save your time and go to the Wells Fargo in downtown Deland. Never have a problem with them and get in and out quickly.

Only 1 or 2 cashiers then the other managers "Apologize" and Thank us for our patience instead of jumping in and helping! I try to help my daughter and her boyfriend out by giving them cash from time to time and if they give me their Acct # I should be able to Deposit it for them But NOOOO.. New policy wont let me Anymore! This is so WRONG! I am SO HAPPY that I dont bank here!

I was not aware of and did not agree to this additional charge nor did I check my account balance three times. A simple ATM withdrawal cost me $10.50!!
