I had a cashier check written by them for $12k. They refused to cash their own check!!! Why is this allowed??? How can a bank write a check they won’t cash???? This should be investigated by the fed!!!

Horrible Notary Services. I've never been able to get them to notarize anything. You are not a lawyer, you do not need to review the document (or agree). You are attesting that the named person provided proper identification (or is known to you) and is who they say they are and was signed in front of you, that's it.
Space Coast is WAY better!

I’ve used this branch for years. But lately they have cut back to so few tellers it is very inconvenient. I feel for the tellers, they are courteous & helpful, there are just not enough of them to serve customers in a timely manner.

One of the tellers gave me back a 100 dollars short of my check and they still haven’t figured it out. They said they would call back but never did. Now I have to go back to the bank and I have to wait when they open.
