    Not necessarily the branch is a problem cause they're just doing their jobs but this company is trash. So you can't access your card number on your account anywhere. You also can't go to a branch and verify all your information to cancel a card and get a temporary one. You have to call and get it canceled by the company and then you can get a temporary card at the branch. I used to love this bank but after 10 years of banking with them they're the worst three banks to bank with. If you can go with Navy Federal or a bank that doesn't take all your money and refuse to give you access without jumping through hoops, bank somewhere else. I would've gave less stars but I can't blame the tellers for policies they didn't create they just work here.

    Worst bank ever. Had an issue which I tried to explain to the person who finally answered the phone who would not listen to what was being told to her and insisted on talking over me. And she was incorrect in what she was saying. Since moving in it has been nothing but problems with thus bank. If I could give negative stars I would give them A MINUS 100

    Worst customer serive I have ever received. I talked to roughly 6 people to only receive 6 different answers as to why my money was incorrectly deposited by A SUNTRUST CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT. And then to top if off person #5, got an attitude with me and hung up on me!!! I continuously was transferred to different departments for 2 hrs... I will be taking my accounts and refinancing my car loan somewhere else because I have never received such poor customers service and rude employees who ultimately costed me $800. Shame on you, Suntrust. Shame on you.
