    I’ve been a Truist customer for some time now, and this past week I needed to borrow money. Rommel Garcia assisted me with the process, and I want to express my appreciation for his outstanding service. The entire process was seamless, efficient, and professional. I wasn’t at the bank for long, and Rommel knew exactly what I needed. He was quick to respond to emails and made everything easy to understand. Huge shoutout to Rommel for providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond — he truly deserves to be recognized!

    This bank is awful the app never works and never shows up to date balances they do this on purpose so they can knock on over draft fees which they thrive on. Tonight I had someone Zelle me only to receive an email saying that I couldn't receive it no explanation whatsoever just told me to call a number where nobody picks up. I have had so many issues ever since Sun Trust became Truist this is the most incompetent bank I have ever dealt with do your self a favor and stay far away from these lying clowns.
