- CBChristy BiggsDec 3, 20255.0I happen to drive a little longer to get to this Deerfield branch. I always like the team, energy, and overall service best here. This time I came in prepared to wait forever and deal with a bunch of stuff. Well, color me surprised when, despite being pretty busy, Sexton was able to get to me fast and deal with everything I threw at him. He was friendly, happy, fun and most of all, knowledgeable and efficient. The whole crew in Deerfield is fabulous but Sexton is AMAZING!! I had a bad experience with TD a bit ago and was planning on leaving, but if I can work with him and the team there all the time... I cannot possibly ask for a better bank.

I was next in line. fast forward 30 min and still no movement, no one came from the back to assist them at the counter. the thing is , the bank wasn't busy at all. how does this place even function if you spend 30 min with each client at the counter. common sense would say - anyone with a transaction that is time consuming should be helped at one of the desks. long story short. there is a reason this place only has 2 star rating.
