I was next in line. fast forward 30 min and still no movement, no one came from the back to assist them at the counter. the thing is , the bank wasn't busy at all. how does this place even function if you spend 30 min with each client at the counter. common sense would say - anyone with a transaction that is time consuming should be helped at one of the desks. long story short. there is a reason this place only has 2 star rating.

When I got up to leave one of the bankers told the banker that was suppose to help me I was leaving and she looked up and she just looked away. I’ll just go to Wells Fargo next door. Work on customer service and hiring more bankers
