Hasta el dia de hoy, tengo el dinero bloqueado en la cuenta anterior, intento llamar para hablar con ella para arreglar todo pero no me contestas las llamas y segun los compañeros de trabajo esta muy ocupada dicen que me llamara cuando ella puede pero nunca recebi su respuesta. La mañana de hoy marzo 22 hable con trabajador que me colgo la llamada sin dejarme de terminar de hablar. Lamentablemente una agencia bancaria buena con trabajadores sin ningun preparo y desrespeito con los cliente.

She was extremely professional in handling a problem I had with my checking account as she took care of the issue fast and efficiently. To top it off she followed up with me next day first thing in the morning via email to notify me that everything had been resolved. Keep up the good work!
