  I went there to open an account, the parking lot was mostly empty , then I saw some employees cars out back 3, I went in and there was one customer and a few people at the managers deck , most likely a total of 2 customer and one left , the teller was nice and professional and ask me to wait because the calendar was clear , the branch manager came up and asked what I wanted , to open a account he sent me to the other teller and he was also nice , the calendar was open for the next afternoon, I made an appointment and left , no sooner did I get home and the branch manager was calling me to change my appointment, we agreed on the next day , the next day came and there was a hurricane 300 miles away, we were expecting some rain , the branch manager called me to cancel my appointment, they were closing , guess he don't like to work , any little excuse to close and he jumped on it , we did get a little rain , and I opened a account in a different bank that was open, I'm giving one star because the teller was nice

  I just went into the Seabreeze branch and everyone was so rude with the exception of the teller. I went in to inquire about opening an account and a CD the teller was helpful and suggested I go on line to get the information on CD's. They had three people sitting in their "Fishbowls" not on the phone. The lobby was empty! One "customer service rep" got up and closed her door! Anyway glad I found out before opening up an account and CD with them.
