    Horrible. Gavin Barba is a horrible manager and lies to customers. I opened a account, put money in it, and went to log on and couldn’t. I went to the bank and it was froze. I talked to the manager and he said there’s nothing he could do. I have talked to several people and they said that’s a lie. There’s a note on the account that stops any transactions and the account is being closed and they will mail me a check. After further investigation and taking to the 800suntrust number they referred me to him. He refused to tell me who handles it, who’s above him and made statements like “you people” and when I asked who was mailing this check that is going to take 15 days, he said “I know what your Trying to get me to say and I’m not going to say it. “. I have a available balance. Don’t owe them money and there are many complaints online about them. This is ridiculous. I gave them cash and they refuse to give it back. I have $11 in my pocket and they want me to wait 15 days. I am going to every bank to talk to managers and also to the media and going to file a police report.
