- JJJesseJan 5, 20261.0The tellers that work here are wonderful people. The bank itself is absolute garbage. I've had money stuck that they refused to give me access to. I've had fraud (which they immediately block your debit card) then tell me their card reader is down across the whole state for almost a week leaving me unable to make payments. Fraud that they leave pending for days at a time and tell me they can not block it but automatically take the money out, leaving me without money, but once it posts fully to the account (although they already took the money out) I may contact their help department. I have screen shots to verify having my conversations ended by their reps online, while I'm still speaking with them. All just to ignore and not deal with my issues. This bank has horrible management and leadership and is in desperate need of restructuring to help its customers, instead they're just lining their own pockets with stolen money!
