Karen Stoddard is the bank manager here and she is incredibly rude. You can see that the staff there are miserable! She slams the door in peoples faces and refuses to answer questions. She does not have the slightest bit of hospitality. She doesn’t know the proper procedures in opening a corporate account she needs more training on business accounts/transactions. She needs to be told to go to more customer service classes as well. If she’s having a hard time bouncing from one location to another then they need to hire 2 new bank managers because she’s overworked and has a short temper. She came at us with a hostile attitude from the beginning while we were only trying to get information. This bank charges a lot of fees as well when it comes to using Zelle. It’s not the easiest to work with. I wish it were because it’s so close to where I live and work. I think with better management this could be a wonderful place to come to.

Have been a customer for 35 years and have several accounts there. I am closing all my accounts as soon as they open their lobby for appointments. I have substantial banking to do and is next to impossible via drive thru. They keep telling me that it's for my safety. If it's so unsafe why aren't they wearing masks and gloves at drive-thru. However, most other bank lobbies are open without a problem.
