Will try and kick people out that are doing business with an associate so he does not have to help other people that come in. There is a woman there that's been there as long as I can remember and she should be the manager.

There was only one person ahead of me who was helped right away, but I was told by Gordon (I believe the branch manager) that I most likely wouldn’t be seen today. This was frustrating because I had called earlier and was told I could come in as a walk-in. If they can’t even help me open an account, I don’t want to do business with them. I left and will be opening an account with Chase instead.
