- FFFiddy6 days ago2.0Went in to this branch to report a lost debit card and get a replacement card. The process was easy,the agent helpful and polite and I was told the new permanent card would arrive in 10-14 days. After having waited the timeframe and not receiving the replacement I called Customer Service to be told it was never ordered. I know things happen but this is the second time this has happened with Truist but at a different branch.
