If I could give zero stars I would I was treated completely unfair. I had two people walk in after me , and both got attended before I did. I felt treated like a second class citizen or as a peace of trash.

I have been banking at this location since they opened, approximatly about 14 years ago. Throughout the years I have always been treated courteously with respect and efficiency.
I would never consider utilizing another location or bank, due to the superior customer service, and personal attention that clients receive here.
Mr Page, the Manager and his great team are always ready to assist customers, and go the extra mile to resolve any inconvenience.
Thank you all for your good work.

Jason the VP at this branch was super helpful! I made an online appointment to open an account and he promptly attended me. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through all their banking options for my new business. I was even approved for a low interest credit card so I can finance my next deal. I deposited my first check that same day and called the next day because it was on hold. He explained this might happen since my account is new but also worked his banker magic to expedite the release of that hold sooner rather than later. Banks can be a pain, but finding nice professional people like Jason makes it worth leaving a good review. Thanks Jason for helping @casaexpresssolutions :)

This review is directed to the entire Truist corporation. I have been a Suntrust customer for 38 years and will now be taking my business elsewhere. The customer service from Truist during this merger has been frustrating at best and down right incompetent. I was issued a temporary debit card that didn’t work prompting me to call the customer service line and waited for 90 minutes to be told I would have to go into a branch office to get the issue resolved. I did as instructed and after being told I wouldn’t have any further problems I had to return 10 minutes later when I was still unable to make a withdrawal. I was told I would have to wait for my permanent card to make withdrawals or deposits but could use the temporary card for credit purchases. To my surprise less than a week later no permanent card and the temporary card declined all transactions. Here I am stuck with no cash and after waiting another 90 minutes for Donay Black the customer service rep to tell me I would have to wait until in the morning when my branch office was open. She kept repeating the same thing with little regard for the plight that this inconvenience had created for me. I was livid and thoroughly disgusted with this whole organization. I advise all customers to find another bank to do business. If this in an illustration of what is to come I for one want no part of it. TD Bank, Chase or America here I come. In addition the hours of operation for Truist are not conducive to the schedule of any normal working class individuals. They close at 4pm and 5 for a few branches. Which is ridiculous considering their inadequate customer service via telephone. I am DONE!!!!! Truist is garbage!!!
