    I am Truist customer, I wanted to open a checking account for my Grandson, I was a walk in. We had trouble opening the account online so we came into the branch for assistance. We waited for 40 minutes before we were acknowledged and was asked to be patient, there were only two people working that area. We were patient waited for an hour. When 1 person finished with the customer he had he went and started working behind the counter. We waited for 30 minutes and I went and inquired about the wait , I was advised they were taking turns behind the counter and I could make an appointment or wait and they would try to fit me in. I’m a customer just like everyone else walking in the door, why are my needs not as important???? Terrible customer service. I understand why their rating is 2.4 stars.

    I open my bank account today dealt with bad customer service never coming back i dont recommend i closed my account.

    8 customers in line and one banker behind the window...and the bank manager isnt helping out at all..horrible place to bank

    This is by far the WORSE location of Truist!!! I would rather drive to Celebration where the customer service is 90% better and I don’t need to hear “that multiple people are in the lobby”…so I have to wait longer in the drive thru, sitting there after my transaction was already sent for 20 minutes????? HORRIBLE!!! You all definitely need to do better at this location!
