The drive though ATM just doesn’t work most of the time and has eaten my card twice. It’s time to either replace it or consider a serious overhaul because it’s downright unacceptable. All of the in person experiences I’ve had at this branch have been nothing but lovely.

One of them who has been there for years, long before South State took over Center State, is the worst. EDIT: I came back to add more to my review from 9 months ago. It’s actually unbelievable how rude the employees of this branch are. You are treated like a nuisance as soon as you walk in. I had 4 accounts here. Just closed 2 of them and will be closing the other 2 asap. Avoid this bank. If you don’t need a bank with customer service, just open an online bank account. If you need to be able to enter the bank for any reason, go anywhere else. All of the 5 star reviews here are definitely fake.
