The drive though ATM just doesn’t work most of the time and has eaten my card twice. It’s time to either replace it or consider a serious overhaul because it’s downright unacceptable. All of the in person experiences I’ve had at this branch have been nothing but lovely.

I deposited a check yesterday at 2 pm and got an email stating that I have a hold on the funds for 7 days because I did the deposit on their mobile app and that my account is new. I had chase, bofa and wells fargo and None of them had this issue. I change the bank because I moved and the branch is close to my house. I called and went to the branch and instead of finding solutions the customer service didn’t care. They don’t care. Now I’m behind on my bills because of them. Shame.
