Last time I was in, there was one teller behind the glass and ZERO staff in the branch. I don't know what is happening to Citi service, but it is abominable at best.

I HATE that it closes at 4 PM, I am not able to really leave my office until that time, so I have to wait until Monday or Friday to deposit anything, unless I go there before my lunch, but other than that it's not a bad place the customer service is great and they are very polite and friendly. Brittani is the best, I never have any problems with her and feel at ease when she does my deposits
