I recently moved here from Bushnell and they're great too. Kim here in Dade City remembered me by name the second time I walked in the door to the lobby. South State has called me on my birthday every year since I have been with them every year to wish me a happy birthday and once, they even bailed me out of jail. The employees know, apply and go beyond the policy and procedures of the bank just to satisfy the customer. In my 62 years, I have never been a customer of a finer financial institution. Only ATM without a fee is their ATM (CenterState was no fee at any publix) also their App sucks. They don't have many locations. I'm thinking about finding me another bank

We should not be sitting there for such a lengthy period to finish what should be a 5 min transaction! CenterState, you need to do better! Learn from chase and Wells Fargo! It’s not just banking, it’s also our time!!! convenience is key! Horrendous service!! Smh! What a joke!!
