I made an appointment for the following day and was kept waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I went in today to cash a check and I felt like an inconvenience. Not a good experience for me. Truist treats you like they value your business. This place does not.

I have had 2 different transactions with Rane the branch manager in the past few weeks and she is always very courteous to me and completes what I need very quickly.
