They think the money you deposited is thriers they won't approve anything you try to buy with debit card. They say must verify you I went to the bank to verify it's me nope not good enough I tried sending pictures of me holding my debit card and drivers license making sure all numbers were readable they said they couldn't read them went back to bank for the tenth time now they claim that my card is expired but that date is 03/2029 but they say it's expired. So as soon as I can get a ride to the bank I'll close my account an go to another bank anything but a Truist bank.

SLOW!! Do not make plans if banking is in anyway part of those plans cause there is nothing quick about this branch. Spend 12 hours at work to spend 30 minutes in their drive thru is completely ridiculous. 1 person working the drive thru and yet 8, 9 cars if you count the only smart lady that decided to leave after 15min, all waiting. Please help this location cause management is bad. Lots of employes working desks with no seated clients makes no sense, if drive thru is where help is needed that's where help should be focused which unfortunately was not the case here, we were okay letting a single teller drown. Took 3 people 5 minutes to clear up drivethru yet a 20 minute response time to start the efforts. Then to top it all off I watched vehicles pull up 10-15 after me pull away because I got behind the vehicle that should have been made to bank in the lobby if it caused a problem large enough to hold up 9 other vehicles an estimated 20 min. Why should someone else's banking cost me time and money. Anything I do wrong as a customer there is a fee but what can I charge when their customer service lacks and I am left not getting paid for the time or gas wasted waiting for this establishment to get it together.

I am a victim of Domestic violence. My abuser/husband took out his retirement and other job money. And SunTrust let me know at THE END of the day. Thus the automatic payments and my responsibility of all the bill's were punished by numerous fees by this bank. They only care that they make money, not that I get a small disability check. One check payment resulted in about seven overdraft charges that other banks would have refunded. I have experienced this previously with another bank (Dollar Bank in Ohio)on my abusers behalf. Beware of this bank, SunTrust. . You are not important being a victim. You are only a cash cow. It is not easy for me to change banks as the Railroad Retirement took my money from Social security disability to pay my checks to me. They also know my son was murdered a few months ago. I am flabbergasted at this banks uncompassionate greed. That's what I get for seven years of responsible paying of payments. Go to another bank!!!!
