  This branch is horrible! Their atm ate my card (no biggie things happen) I go inside and Elizabeth immediately says it's my fault and I left it in the atm for to long and I should get a credit card to protect my bank card blah blah blah. I declined and told her I just need a replacement debit card. Then came the phone number debacle! God forbid you've changed your number or changed the name on you phone bill after you've started the account for 8+ yrs ago. Even though you have the statements for that account,signed in on the td app through biometrics, also other cards from my other td accounts with matching name, ID, SS card, and a passport! But if your phone number isn't right they can't verify you and the card will have to be mailed! Severely disappointed in this branch it used to be great, but it's time to look for a new bank.

  If you are coming here for papers to be notarized please go somewhere else. I waited 30 minutes and then was told it will be even longer. One person does notary here. Very slow. I even bank here and have for years. Used to be easy and fast now they just take there time and don't seem to care. Very disappointing!!!

  Went to deposit money in my account via the atm and it took money from me and took my card for "security reasons" beware their atm
